[b][i kali nie kita stop citer pasal kek lapis yea..lina baru jea settle edarkan sample pada kawan2 yg minta..nie nak rest jap..ada lagi sebanar yea kek lapis yg nak kena buat tp x pe rest kejap..next week br delivery..ada 6hari lagi sebelum lina dan anak2 balik kampung..utk cuti sek kali nie lina x ambik ape2 tempahan utk majlis kenduri. Ada kerja yg menanti di kl.. lina akan balik dulu dgn anak2..

Oklah lina nak tunjuk ape yg lina masak ..just simple menu tp enak bagi kami sekeluarga..anak2 pun suka..tp dia org ada makanan sampingan yg lain ..yukkk tgk gambar

Grilled Chicken w/ Spinach

Grilled Chicken Over Spinach
(4 servings)
1 Tablespoon olive or canola oil
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teasppon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
-Sauteed Spinach-

1 green onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon olive or canola oil
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 package (10 oz) fresh spinach, torn

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Mix well. Spoon over chicken. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in mushrooms. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add spinach. Saute for 2 minutes or until wilted. Transfer to a serving platter. Top with chicken.
